Sadie Sink Sadie Sink, an American actor, is most well recognized for her appearances in Netflix's Stranger Things (2016), American Odyssey (2015), and Fear Street: Part Two 1978 (2021). Sadie was born in Austin (Texas) which is the capital city of Texas. Her father is a professional American football coach. Her love of the Disney film High School Musical (2006) that she re-created together with her brother Mitchel at the age of seven years old, led her mother to take her to classes in acting at the Houston community theater. This resulted in her Broadway audition, and she became the main character in Annie's revival in 2012. She was also on the Emmy-winning TV series The Americans, while still as the lead. She was a co-star with Helen Mirren as the young Queen Elizabeth II in The Audience Broadway play in 2015. In 2015, she appeared in Odyssey (2015) as well as in The Glass Castle (2016). She was also in Eli (2019). In The Audience, she played the character of a young queen Elizabeth II. Helen Mirren played the role of the queen's elder. At the age of 11, she started acting in the theater and was in Annie on Broadway.
