Sadie Calvano
Calvano began
performing in musical theatre at the age of seven. Her most loved roles include
Alice in Alice In Wonderland (2008), Belle in Beauty And The Beast (2008),
Sharpay and Tallulah respectively in High School Musical (2009), Tallulah and
Tallulah in Bugsy Malone (2011), both at the Madrid Theatre and Christina's
four-week production of A Chicago Christmas Carol (2010) at the Crown City
Theatre. Sadie was just 13 when she first met Tina Treadwell, her manager. It
was the start of her professional life. Sadie made her debut appearance on
Chris Elliot's Eagle heart in the summer of 2010. Then she appeared in NCIS as
William Devane's kidnapped daughter, for which she received an YAA Best Actress
nomination. Sadie was Leonardo DiCaprio's niece in Clint Eastwood's biopic J.
Edgar. A handful of pilots and guest appearances in the films the films Kickin'
It as well as Crash & Bernstein, and an ongoing role in Melissa & Joey
are just a few of the other roles she has played. Sadie is still a regular in
Stagedoor Manor in New York and is part of the highly-acclaimed theatre
intensive. The alumni of the program includes Shawn Levy, Natalie Portman and
Jon Cryer. Sadie lives in Los Angeles, California, with her Father and Mother
Piper, and Benji, her dog.
