Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hannigan was born on the 24th of March 1974. American actress and television host She is a native of the United States. Her credits include Willow Rosenberg (1997-1903) in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Lily Aldrin (2006), for which she was awarded a People's Choice Award (2009) and Michelle Flaherty (99-2012). Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller The Fright Us began in the year 2016. Hannigan is also the voice actor of Claire Clancy from Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan was the only child of Emilie (Posner) Haas, an agent in real estate and Alan Hannigan, a Teamsters worker. Hannigan's mother is Jewish and her father is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. When she was 11 , she relocated to Hollywood with her mother. Her father, a casting agent, was there with her in Santa Barbara. She auditioned. After finishing high school, she went to California State University Northridge. In Northridge she was an active member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, and graduated with a psychology degree. Hannigan's first appearance on film was in the film My Stepmother Is an Alien in 1988. Seth Green was also one of her co-stars and was later her partner in Buffy. Hannigan first appeared on TV in 1989, when she was cast as an actress on ABC's sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was only 14 years old young when she began working as the babysitter for Bob Saget's children. Saget was Hannigan's How I Met Your Mother costar. Hannigan was later picked to portray Willow Rosenberg, Buffy Summers her best friend in the television show Buffy the Vampire Slayer In 1997, she won national attention. She also cared for Bob Saget's kids in How I Met Your Mom. Angel asked her to reprise Willow's part in a few episodes.
